Who we are ...

We are a team of retired executives with over 50 years experience in doing business in Latin America. Some of us are “Gringos” and some of us are Latinos. We have owned and managed business on both sides of the Rio Grande and quite familiar with the vernaculars of the legal profession, politics, marketing and manufacturing. We work out of our houses, are proficient with all aspects of digital linguistics both in text and audio; and are anxious for your business.

What we do ...

We translate documents in English < > Spanish only. We strive to build relationships based on accurate, timely and polished presentations. This means understanding not only the language required but the style and tone needed to achieve the desired interpretation. We also have the capability of audio-izing your project in our recording studios for digital output in DVD, CD, Mp3, AIFF or QT. ... Great for website inhancement.

How we do it ...

Each translation assignment is a 3-step team project. First, the project is reviewed by a Project Manager who assigns it to the most appropriate translator. Second, once translated, the project is reviewed by another native translator to assure grammar, accuracy, style and layout. Finally, the project is sent to the Project Manager for final scrutiny before forwarding to the client. In this manner we maintain vigilant quality control at every step and 100% customer satisfaction.

How do we charge ...

Each project is different; i.e. some are easy and some require complicated technical vocabulary and additional research. Therefore each project is quoted up front with payment 1/3 down, 1/3 upon acceptance at the half-way point, and 1/3 on acceptance of the final product.
